HCP Marketing-Product Manager, Vraylar

A Business Driver – You will assist with the creation and execution of promotional medical education marketing materials to help grow the 2$Bn AbbVie US psychiatry franchise that includes VRAYLAR® and VIIBRYD®.
A Leader to our top Psychiatry KOLs – you will be the face and voice of the brand team with KOLs and speakers, building and strengthening relationships with the psychiatry community.
A Strategic Partner to our Sales Force – You will work closely with our sales partners to establish highly effective communication and program execution with our customers
A Collaborative and Detail-oriented Project Manager – You will have a critical role guiding a cross-functional group in development of materials and programs, serving as the source of brand knowledge and delivery excellence.
An Innovator Who Challenges the Status Quo – You will use data and insights to create new ways to engage with our customers. You can influence cross-functional stakeholders who will help you create the future.
YOU WILL:
Lead the planning, development, and execution of all psychiatry promotional medical education tactics, including branded speaker decks, unbranded disease state and neurobiology decks, and speaker bureau engagement activities
Manage day to day operations of psychiatry speaker bureau
Bring innovation that drives sales in current indications (Bipolar 1 Disorder, Schizophrenia) and prepares for the launch of a new indication
Engage and align with field sales team on promotional medical education resources and pull through activities
Collaborate across Vraylar Marketing team to offer general support on franchise needs that move the brand forward
Master collaboration and communication across stakeholders- multiple agencies, external vendors, and internal departments, including medical affairs, sales, legal, regulatory, and compliance
Effectively track and manage assigned portion of psychiatry marketing budget.
Qualifications
YOU BRING:
BA/BS Required, MBA strongly preferred
Minimum 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience required, at least 2 years of experience with field sales strongly preferred
Outstanding presentation skills, both live and virtual; comfortable presenting to large audiences of HCPs
Experience managing a speaker bureau strongly preferred
Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with and managing multiple external agencies
Scientific acumen & understanding of the neuroscience of psychiatry products
Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
Experience with launch &/or on-market commercial teams an advantage.
Builds strong relationships with peers and cross functional partners outside of immediate team.
Self-starter, learns fast, quickly grasps the essence of concepts, can change course rapidly where required, demonstrates intellectual curiosity.
