ABF Freight Hiring for Student Worker, Administrative Services Job at Oklahoma Full Time

Currently, we are looking for a Student Worker, Administrative Services to join the ABF Freight team. The Student Worker, Administrative Services is responsible for a variety of office procedures which varies by the department which the student worker is employed. This position offers some flexibility when working around the student’s class schedule.

Your contribution may include:

• Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
• Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
• Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
• Open, sort, and route incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail.
• Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

As the Student Worker, Administrative Services, you will be a member of the Admin Services team. This position is a part time position that will average fewer than 30 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional irregular hours depending on workload. Ready to apply? Before doing so, please make sure you meet the minimum requirements:
