Essential Duties
Coordination of badging efforts in close cooperation with Operations, Recruiting and Training.
Support key elements of the recruiting process including screening, feedback and gathering information
Retrieval of employee SIDA badges on site and return to airport badging authority
Contacting former employees via telephone, email, letter to retrieve missing badges
Tracking badge retrieval and employee contacts.
Ensuring badge unaccountable percentage is maintained at acceptable levels
Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with passengers, co-workers, shift coordinators, managers, etc.
Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
Maintain strict confidentiality of candidate and employee information
Other duties as assigned
Education:
High school diploma or its equivalent required.
Skills / Experience:
At least 1 year of experience preferred.
Previous aviation industry experience preferred.
