Abode Vacation Rental Management Hiring for Professional Cleaner at Arroyo Seco, NM Full Time

Primary Job: Cleaning condos, homes, offices in Taos and Taos Ski Valley, NM. Private contractor cleaners wanted for regular year-round work, and full time busy season work December-April and July-September, in Taos and Taos Ski Valley. Must have AWD or 4WD, tools including vacuum, broom and pan, consumable supplies, and washable mop head, and consumable cleaning supplies, to qualify for busy season work. Amenities for setting homes are provided.

Pay: Starting at $23/hr for training, and quickly elevating to $22-28 for skilled and reliable cleaners who complete jobs and will take full time hours. We anticipate payment to subcontractors around 1st and 15th of each month, after receiving a completed professional invoice for services provided. 2021-2022 season our top cleaners made around $4,000 a month before bonuses.

Perks: Winter season bonuses (December, January, February, March) up to $500 per month apply for reliable team members. Reimbursement of Taos, Angel Fire, Sipapu or Red River season pass for interested cleaners who work a full ski season November through April.
