JOB REQUIREMENTS: As a Cook / Dietary Aide you prepare standardized recipes and production needs for service to patients, staff, visitors, and outreach customers. As a DIETARY AIDE / COOK you are responsible for washing and sanitizing kitchenware for patients, catering, and retail customers. Maintains work area in a clean and sanitary manner. To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our patients, visitors, staff, and communities, COVID-19 vaccination is a condition of employment. Staff at any work site or remote location, regardless of clinical responsibility or patient contact, are required to comply. OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of food preparation standards and practices. Hospital cooking experience with knowledge of modified diets beneficial. Possesses working knowledge of kitchen equipment.
