We are seeking high energy Call Center Agents – Must be able to work remotely.

We are currently hiring for Full time and Part time positions. Currently looking to fill the Bilingual positions only (English/French)

Working days are Monday – Friday 6:00 am – 2:00 pm PST (9:00 am – 5:00 pm EST)

The position does not require selling over the phone or cold calling – the successful candidate will be making outbound calls and appointment setting.

Requirements:

• Must speak both English and French fluently
• Have a positive attitude
• Handle Rejection well
• Self motivated
• Be able to sit for long periods of time
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Refined customer service etiquette
