We’ve got a role in our team for a smart, humble, and results driven communications advisor to help improve outcomes for injured New Zealanders.
Your role will be to help us deliver this purpose, by working within a high-performing strategic communications and marketing team to engage with our audiences. You will be supporting the delivery of a range of initiatives to improve health outcomes for injured New Zealanders.
You will be a generalist with a few years’ experience under your belt. You’ll be comfortable lending your hand to a full range of communications and marketing activities. This will include supporting the delivery of communications plans via multiple channels, including digital and social. You will also have strong foundations, with excellent writing skills and sound judgement.
As this role will work across teams, you’ll be someone who enjoys mucking in to get the work done, and who is comfortable moving at pace, navigating ambiguity and changing tack quickly. We’re looking for someone who won’t hesitate to go out of their comfort zone at times and learn new things.

The Communication and Engagement Advisor is responsible for delivering on communications and engagement plans, approaches, and initiatives for ACC customers. They will develop good working relationships with stakeholders across the business to champion the customer and get things moving. They will utilise the full range of channels available to deliver communication and engagement initiatives to improve the experience we give customers and enhance the performance of the organisation.

The salary range for this role is $76,855- $95,291 with appointment depending on skills and experience. ACC also offers 9% superannuation.
