Accelerated Adjusting LLC is an insurance claims and administration company that services the needs of various insurance carriers, public entities and self insureds.
THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION. THE ROLE IS BASED AT OUR PHYSICAL OFFICES IN ASHEVILLE, NC
This position is a hybrid Executive Assistant/Marketing Representative role. The time will be divided equally between supporting daily operations (receiving and dispatching new claims to field personnel, acting in a support role to our managment) and marketing efforts.
Some travel will be required for this role. While performing as a marketing representative, it will be necessary to attend industry conferences and trade shows, some of which last several days.
The most highly desired candidate will have background or experience in the insurance industry or as a paralegal. Salary will be based upon experience, and will include “milestone” incentives to increase earnings.
The position requires many duties and responsibilities. The below will articulate some, but by no means all, of the expectations that we have for you:
Training: You are expected to participate in company mandated training programs. These programs include, but are not limited to:
Satisfactory participation and performance in these training programs is required, and you will be required to pass certain examinations for licensing and certifications.
Office Work: You will be required to perform many administrative tasks during your time in the office. A few of the normal tasks that you will be required to perform on a daily basis once you are adequately trained will be:
