IPS SC&O specifically houses individuals who help clients develop strategies and operating models that integrate planning, procurement, product design, manufacturing, and fulfillment functions within an organization, as well as connect suppliers and customers across the extended supply chain.
The Accenture Technology IPS SC&O is seeking a Supply Chain Planning Business Solutions Integration Architect to develop and grow our Planning business for the platforms like Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP & Blue Yonder.
Supply Chain Planning professionals develop and implement integrated supply and demand planning solutions that improve cost efficiency, increase business effectiveness, and create synergies and collaboration across companies.
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses, and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
Serve as the chief integration architect for Supply Chain Planning Solutions delivery initiative
Ensure that the delivery architecture is consistent across the enterprise and meet the requirements
Manages large – medium sized Integration teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Provide knowledge of integrating Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP or Blue Yonder with host ERP systems for both Inbound and Outbound Interfaces, workflows, Query development, preparation of detailed functional specifications.

Here’s what you need…
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate Degree with 6 years of work experience)
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
Minimum of 5 years of experience as Integration Architect in systems such as Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP or Blue Yonder or similar
Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Small to Mid-Sized Staffs and Projects
Nice to have…
Experience of leading technical design for inbound / outbound processes
Advance knowledge of Kinaxis Rapid Response, o9 Solutions, OMP or Blue Yonder planning solutions configuration approaches and Architectures
Advanced Understanding of Hierarchical and Versioning Data Base Models
Advanced Understanding of Planning Solutions Data Model, Space names and Partitions
Integration Models (Batch, API, web services)
System Administration Expertise
JavaScript and TypeScript expertise
Familiarity with ETL and Messaging Applications
Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Excellent leadership and management skills
As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is
