ACS Construction is urgently seeking a Project Superintendent. ACS is

Responsibilities include:

• Schedule and maintain work by coordinating with all necessary
  parties.
• Attend required meetings and consistently relay information to and
  from the General Contractor as needed.
• Lead and document company site safety meetings.
• Act as the Quality Control Inspector on behalf of ACS.
• Be prepared to both enforce and audit Safety and Quality Standards
  and Procedures.
• Responsible for coordinating deliveries and ensuring inventory
  levels are in line with project demands.
• Communicateand track cost related items with company management.
• Required to chronologically document work on a daily basis including
  progress, delays, deliveries, and all other requirements.
• Track manpower needs and communicates as needed with Sr. leadership
  and office personnel.
• Accurately estimate the time needed to complete project items.
• Ensure the morale of the crew is kept high so everyone is motivated
  to work
• Employees will find the work fast paced, challenging, & unique,
  working on commercial construction projects.
