Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

(Position located in Cherry Hill, NJ)

$20 – $22 per hr

One of our largest most prestigious law firm conglomerate’s (position located in Cherry Hill, NJ) now seeks individual with 2+ years combination front desk reception and administrative expertise (degree a plus.)

· Coordinate and support busy front desk as well as meet and greet C-Suite staff and visitors

· Interface with senior management in various administrative tasks

· Monitor conference room availability and coordinate for both meetings and events

· Involved in front desk and administrative special projects

· Must be able to enter information into online system as well as filing and the distribution of mail

· Responsible for stocking and monitoring inventory of supplies for both kitchen and office

· Answer phones and ensure area is tidy as well as presentable

· Must have strong communication, multitasking and strong organizational skills

· Position has high visibility with the possibility of going to permanent status

· MS Suite

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
