Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm (40hrs)
Job Description:
In this role th e IDD Residential Program Assistant will have good communication skills and the ability to independently handle projects with limited supervision. While providing support to the Administrative Assistant and direct support to Middle Leaders the Program Assistant will also assist the Site Supervisors at the houses as required.
The Program Assistant will have or develop an u nderstanding of the OPWDD Incident Management system and reporting and inputting requirement program profiles into the IRMA and Choices databases for our consumers. T hey are responsible for all inputting and coordinating of the paperwork with regard to our consumers and program at the house including IRMA, Choices, eVero and Daily Management System Dashboards.
The Program Assistant also has various monthly reports and spreadsheets with accompanying deadlines. The Program Assistant will have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow governing program regulations, while collecting data and direction from various sources.
Key Responsibilities and Duties:

Attend meetings, take notes and minutes and record action plans for IDD Residential Middle Leaders.
Run reports, type and prepare spreadsheets as needed, manage high volume of daily emails.
Access OPWDD website for documents and have an understanding of regulations for OPWDD.
Preparation and setup of meetings and accompanying documents.
Manage daily programs and databases to be able to assist with and work on a daily basis entering interpreting and monitoring data (Share point, eVero, Cornerstone, Day Force, IRMA, Choices, Mitel and DMS dashboards).
Be an energetic, outgoing, creative, and personable individual.
Possess excellent administrative and clerical skills be able to multi-task.
Possess excellent phone etiquette, able to manage multiple calendars, coordinate scheduling.
Possess excellent computer skills. (Must be proficient with Microsoft Suite)
Able to complete other assignments as needed.
Flexible calm and effective under pressure.
Experience, Credentials or Qualifications:
Possess solid computer skills (MS Office Suite, Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint).
Be a fast learner that will ask questions
Identify subject matter experts pertaining to duties assigned
Some college experience or continuing education or certification a plus
Bilingual English and Spanish speaking skills is a plus
Ability to assist in the development of reports
Education: Minimum 1 year experience
