They are currently in need of a friendly and motivated Medical Records Clerk to join their team!

Responsibilities of the Medical Records Clerk

• Scan and file paper documents into EHR system
• Sort and disperse mail
• Process Health Information requests, Rosetta Holding Tank, and fax server
• Fax records releases
• Electronically receive records
• Complete PHI Disclosure Log
• Answer medical records queue calls

Required Qualifications of the Medical Records Clerk

• 1+ years of recent medical records experience required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screen

Compensation and schedule for the Medical Records Clerk
Medical Records Clerk – Full-time, $15-$17 per hour, Monday – Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Amazing benefits package, PTO and PSL, paid holidays, lots of growth opportunities!
