We have a fantastic opportunity for a vibrant and energetic person to join the team as a Receptionist on a part time basis for the Grand Mercure Puka Park Resort. You will be the first point of contact for guests and an integral part of front office operations.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient, friendly & professional customer service to all guests
• Meeting, greeting and checking-in all guests
• Answering and distributing incoming phone calls and messages
• General administration of all guest accounts to be properly receipted, recorded, and reconciled by following operating guidelines
• Maintain a high standard of customer service through handling all customers in a courteous, friendly and helpful manner

To be successful you will have:

• A passion for delivering superior quality customer service
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional appearance and telephone manner
• Experience working in a hospitality/customer service environment preferred but not essential
• Knowledge of computerized front office management systems desirable but not essential
