What do we need

Dotmatics is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist with excellent attention to detail to join the Accounting Operations team. You will collaborate with multiple teams and demonstrate high numeracy and literacy skills. In this position, you will have the opportunity to manage accounts receivable procedures, assist in cash application, reconcile customer accounts and manage invoices.

In this role you will get to:

• Work with Supervisor to monitor Zendesk email boxes for all brands on the application
• Oversee third party provider workflow
• Raise and post invoices on customer portals/ accounting systems, as well as emailing them to clients
• Reconciling customer accounts periodically to ensure accuracy
• Address customer queries to ensure they are resolved promptly
• Assist in Cash application and research unapplied cash and escalate as needed
• Ensure the dunning’s report is updated with completed information
• Assist in Enterprise brand invoicing in conjunction with the Euro/Asia and US AR
• Oversee customer portal management
• Ensure that office procedures are kept up to date and current for all aspects of role
• Other adhoc duties and reports as required

We are looking for people who have 2+ years experience in an Accounts Receivable position within a corporate environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills and the ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing workloads. You will demonstrate the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure and be a team player with a positive attitude.

The key skills we are looking for

• Proficiency in MS Suite, particularly Excel
• Practical experience of using an ERP system, Oracle NetSuite is preferred
• Desire to work on a hybrid basis with regular days in the office at Auckland
