As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you should have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and have strong interpersonal communication skills. (Ability to speak Spanish is preferred). Ideal candidate will have a willingness to lean in and support all aspects of the business. Must have the ability to shift between responsibilities and tasks, with strong prioritization skills.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• Part-Time position
• Saturday-Sunday 8:30am to 5:30pm and other opportunites as wanted
• This position is a telecommute position

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming calls, deliver all messages, and coordinate client needs
• Enter all customer information and job-related data into dispatching software
• Schedule and manage completion of service work and pump truck calls
• Collection of accounts receivable, to expectable levels
• Assist Operations Manager with tasks related to other areas of the business

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 – $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• On call
• Weekend availability
