The SEMH Intervention Service works with all schools and phases across the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead to increase capacity and affect positive outcomes for vulnerable children and young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. We are looking for a SEMH Coach / Mentor to support schools with children at risk of permanent exclusion to meet their needs and engage them in learning.
About the role
This exciting and rewarding role will promote positive change in the lives and life chances of vulnerable children with SEMH that are struggling to engage positively in education. Through holistic approaches and exploring the narrative and communication behind challenging behaviours you will coach and empower school staff to meet the needs of this complex and vulnerable cohort.
