Acima Credit Hiring for Customer Service Chat Agent at Draper, UT Full Time

Customer Service Chat Agents take chats, answer emails, and help with phone calls to assist customers. Customer Service Agents answer customer questions regarding their lease agreement, and perform data entry when necessary to support the lease process. Customer Service Agents also manage customer payment scheduling, process payments and close paid leases. Customer Service Agents provide support as necessary to customers in various stages during the lease servicing process.

Take inbound chats and emails to answer customer inquiries.

Data Entry when needed

Processing ACH and credit card payments

Manage lease payment schedules

Coordinate merchandise repossessions or consignments

Provide excellent, caring customer support to all customers

Assist with inbound and outbound calls when necessary

Compensation:
Starting pay ranges from $14-$16/hour, depending on qualifications and experience.

Scheduling:
Full-time positions are available now. The Chat Department is open Monday – Saturday and we are looking to fill our 12:30 – 9:00 PM shift. You will be required to work rotating Saturday shifts.
