Our firm is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and assisting with product orders through our online store. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and a genuine interest in helping customers find what they need.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to customers.
• Answer the phone and respond to customer requests or complaints.
• Interpret customer requests and input information into computer or record keeping system.
• Monitor computer screens or other indicators, such as machinery.
• Explain complex computer instructions to customers when needed.
• Assist organizing meetings and events
• Provide administrative support to corporate leadership

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
