ACORN Clinic Hiring for Dental Front Office Receptionist Job at Brooker, FL Full Time

• Monday- Thursday. One Friday a month
• Greeting and welcoming patients to the office.
• Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
• Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
• Preparing patients’ electronic charts and daily schedules for the dental staff.
• Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
• Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
• Verifying methods of payment and collecting payments.
• Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, and faxing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $11.00 – $14.00 per hour
