Description:

Experience reviewing Terms and Conditions as well as working with FAR/DFAR o Specifically, the FAR clause process • Establish and maintain contractual agreements with customers that facilitate clear understanding of commitments • Provide authoritative advice, counsel, and direction to company/team’s management and direct reports in matters of contract review and acceptance, negotiations, and contract compliance • Represents the Contracts organization with customers to develop plans, organize, work, negotiate terms, monitor progress, and resolve problems • Directly responsible for handling contracts from cradle to grave including: o Review solicitations and prepare responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications o Ensure that internal requirement for signature authority of proposals and contracts is correctly followed and documented o Analyze contracting requirements, special provisions, and terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, corporate policies, and business unit procedures
