Documentation Specialist

Write, Update, and Author specifications for raw materials prior to arriving to the plant

Maintain and update material numbers

Navigate SAP to identify existing finished goods, BOMs, and packaging component numbers

Work with vendors, suppliers, and co-manufacturing companies to maintain accurate documentation and availability of raw materials

Working on material set up, alternate vendor set up

Provide documentation and systems management and data entry support for all raw materials within SAP and Microsoft Excel

Qualifications: Technical Bachelor’s degree preferred, though not required – Experience with documentation management and record keeping

• Experience working within multiple systems, notably SAP and Excel (Any ERP / MRP system is acceptable) – Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

$18-24/hr
