The Manufacturing Engineer in leading Intec’s success. Intec produces numerous hand-layup composite parts for the world’s top Aerospace manufacturers. The Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for leading the NPI function and support ad hoc production issues. As Intec grows, we will look to the Manufacturing Engineering team to strengthen our manufacturing process and develop rapid prototyping capability. Intec is a small team that enjoys wearing many hats. This is a small dynamic team that requires motivated, self-starting individuals with hands-on experience. The right candidate will enjoy variety every day and taking ownership over multiple tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Capable of designing or defining the requirements for the development of equipment, robotics, Lay-up molds, Vacuum Holding Fixtures, Shop Aids, Positioning fixtures, Go-No-Go inspection tools required for the manufacturing of new products. • 5+ years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
