Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
The Project Manager oversees Site Superintendents in daily activities and is ultimately responsible for the entire project. Responsibilities include writing proposals, estimating costs, value engineering, subcontractor/vendor solicitation, and developing and adhering to a construction schedule and budget.

Government contracting experience required
5+ years work experience in management, project development, and/or design-build construction
Experience on large commercial construction projects
Knowledge of construction-related trades
Proficiency in Acrobat, Design, Project coordination, Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel
Strong written and verbal skills
Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma required
Ability to uphold the confidentiality of sensitive information
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Work Environment
Worksite location is Quantico, VA. This position involves a JOC contract for NAVFAC Quantico. The work environment is a small, family-oriented atmosphere with room for growth within the company after the first year.
