About the role

We currently have multiple roles available at intermediate to management level. A minimum 5 years survey experience to highly experienced senior surveyors. 

Our main focus is to provide our clients with a great service. We do this buy having a positive, supportive team with a great work environment. We very much believe in the growth and progression of our staff. We invest in your skills and promote you to be best you can be.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Interface with all other project teams including attending survey related meetings.  Provide expert survey advice to project members in order to achieve project goals.
• Create and maintain survey Management Plans, survey procedures and all other survey related documentation.
• Manage Survey staff by guiding them through the survey procedures and checking that those procedures are followed.
• Mentor all survey staff both in and out of work.  Aid in the provisioning of survey training for staff.  Ensure survey staff have the correct skill set for any given task.
• Manage resourcing and costs of the survey team in consultation with the Director.
• Maintain personal development to keep up with changing survey technologies and developments.  Mild research to be carried out from time to time to keep up with changes in the survey profession.
• Ensure that the safety performance of the survey works under your responsibility is leading industry standard and industry best practice.
• Demonstrate leadership to promote a culture of pro-active risk management and ensure reporting staff have the necessary risk management skills matched to their duties and level of responsibilities.
