Job responsibilities: Home Health Clinical Support Specialist

• Provide professional and timely customer support at all times

• Provide support to clinical staff

• Obtain Managed Care Authorizations and Physician Orders

• Assist with case management

• Assist with verifying notes for billing

• Make sure all deadlines are met

Job Requirements: Home Health Clinical Support Specialist

• Prior Home Health and or medical background experience preferred.

• Extremely organized and have high attention to detail.

• Strong verbal and written skills.

• Strong sense of urgency and able to take initiative.

• Dependable and honest.

• Works effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with conflicting and changing priorities.

• Highly self-motivated with the core skills of anticipating, organizing and prioritizing needs to assist the clinical management team at our Home Health agency.

• Confident and extremely flexible shifting projects and priorities as they come.

• Have a collaborative attitude

• Multi-task efficiently, have strong communication skills, and maintain a high level of confidentiality.

• Technically savvy

• Familiar with Microsoft office

• Must be bilingual
