Adecco is urgently hiring for a temporary, full-time Data Entry Clerk to work at a globally-known company that specializes in the production and distribution of fertilizers in Allan, SK.   Pay rate: $28 / hour

• Location: Allan, SK

• Shifts: Monday-Thursday| 6AM – 4 PM

• Job type: Full-time | Temporary

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Effective employee engagement and conflict management skills

• Ability to prioritize work

• Effective communication skills

• In depth knowledge of standard office software (word and excel) and ability and willingness to learn site specific software

• Willingness to interact and support hourly workforce and other departments

• Create and maintain weekly overtime schedules

• Daily entry and auditing of borer and rehab reports – production data

• Process vacation requests and keep table of allotment still available

• Time entry for hourly workforce

• Time entry for staff workforce

• Managing work orders – entering, closing, investigating

• Create and update weekly reports with safety stats, production targets, schedule variance

• Pick up, sort and distribute daily mail

• Manage memos to mine department

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Must have excellent Knowledge of MS Office suite

• High level of Accuracy

• Minimum 1 year of Data Entry Experience.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for success

• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
