Call Center Associates do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $19.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Call Center Associate, you will answer calls, address inquiries, perform research for callers, and complete necessary administrative work in a call center environment.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• At least 6 months of customer service experience

• Ability to type 25 WPM

• Experience using a Windows operating system

• Ability to read, write, and speak English

• Must live local
