Responsibilities for this Clerical Assistant/Document Processing job include:

• Opening incoming mail

• Sorting

• Writing header sheets

• Photocopying

• Data entry

• Resolving rejected answer sheets

• Registration editing

• Reconciliation of all test materials that have been identified as irregular, missing, containing errors, damaged, late, etc.

• Operates a wide variety of office/mailroom/material-movement equipment.

• Prepares and maintains various records including package labels and receipts, delivery logs, postage meter sheets and logbooks, postal forms and record books, staff listings, receipt and delivery manifests, activity logs and volume reports.

The position entails the processing, filing and storage of the physical exam documents, data collection and data tracking, electronic interface with exam materials and candidate records, investigation through various electronic tracking systems and physical investigation of stored test materials, key entry, and clerical work.
Preferred Qualifications for Clerical Assistant include:

• High School Diploma or combination of education and experience

• One year of progressively responsible clerical experience is necessary.

• Attention to detail is very important

• Accuracy as this role impacts test takers’ lives.

• Must be familiar with basic computer skills, filing and collating

• Worksite: This is Onsite position.

• Hours: 8:00 am- 4:30 pm; Possible Overtime and Saturday work
