You will be responsible for providing secretarial support to the CEO, provide administrative and project management support for our leadership team and plan and localise the work environment & culture policies in SEA.

Adecco is partnering with a client in the EduTech industry. They are a leading EduTech provider for kids in Asia Pacific, with a presence of more than 4,000 employees.

Job Description

Office Setting Up (Legal Entities) in SEA:

• · Interface with the government bodies across SEA to ensure the office registration of legal entities.
• · Coordinate (obtaining and renewing) government authorization for office operations in the premises whenever necessary.
• · Develop, implement, and improve working policies and procedures/operations in ways that optimize procedures, organize and coordinate team in everyday tasks

Business Support:

• · Provide administrative and project management support for our leadership team (e.g., General Managers of each country in SEA, CEO/founder), which will include handling government administrative matter, extensive calendar management and travel planning for both internal and external meetings, as well as preparing and processing expenses.
• · Manage end-to-end process of overseas business trips with Travel Partner, including complete visa documentation, letters, travel insurance, accommodation, airport transfer, expense claims and any related items in a timely manner.
• · Partner with internal stakeholders on projects, initiatives and events as well as provide long-term planning support and scheduling business activities.

Culture & Communication:

• · Work with the management to plan and localise the work environment & culture (e.g., remote or hybrid) policies, ensuring highly engaged and motivated talents across SEA.
• · Support the pre and onboarding process for new hires (visa, laptop, contracts etc) and new hire welcome gifts. Support in key interview scheduling for critical roles.
• · Organise and communicate key events, town halls and team bonding initiatives across SEA.
