Adecco Hiring for Packaging Operator – Zebulon Level 1 US at Zebulon, NC Full Time

Adecco is hiring immediately in Zebulon for 2nd Shift Packaging Operator jobs at starting at $18.50 per hour.
Responsibilities for this position includes:

• Entry level position responsible for operating secondary packaging equipment in compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in a GMP environment, including:

• Manual loading of packaging materials onto the equipment for manual and automatic packaging equipment

• Manual cartoning and tamper evidence label application

• Manual hand packing into shipping boxes and hand palletizing

• Operation of automated packaging equipment

• Operation of hand scanners

• Cleaning of the equipment.

• Identify equipment issues, communicate and interact with senior operator and maintenance personnel when repair is necessary.

• Record data to support metrics around equipment downtime and production line output

• Perform day to day packaging line activities such as:

• Perform line clearance activities

• Inspection and re-processing of ejects

• Complete batch record documentation

• Assure that appropriate housekeeping of the packaging area is maintained.

• Recognize and report deviations or potential quality issues immediately to the packaging management team.

• Perform all job responsibilities in compliance with the client safety procedures and all applicable EHS regulations, standard operating procedures, and industry practices

• Maintain full compliance with all assigned learning plans
