Quality Engineer is responsible to handle operation matters in QMS, finished goods certification, incoming raw material check and product quality investigation.

The client is a MNC that specialising in chemical processing to support various industries such as automotive, food packaging and other industrial application.

Responsibilities:

• Be the MR to manage, control and update ISO9001 QMS, and perform internal audit.
• Work with relevant departments to resolve quality issues at customers, internal and suppliers.
• Verification & validation all corrective action and preventive action are implemented with effectiveness.
• Organise QA training
• Support Process Improvement project
• Upkeep lab equipment’s & measurement system through regular PM, calibration to ensure no production down time due to testing equipment

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Engineering
• Possess good knowledge of ISO 9001 and familiar with the clauses
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in handling laboratory and production quality management
• Familiar with material characterisation tools such as Chromotography, tenxile, elasticity testers
• Ability to write RCCA, customer audit checklist, procedures and SOPs
