As a talent acquisition, you will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process.

Adecco is partnering with several firms and they are looking for Senior/ Talent Acquisition Specialist in various industries!.

Job Description

• Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process
• Onboarding & orientation
• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, across the Asia region
• Effectively source roles through active and passive sourcing, referrals and networking
• Manage, prioritize and close jobs in a timely and effective manner
• Employer branding
• Create and maintain the analytics and reports
• Develop strong relationships and work closely with Hiring Managers
• Assist in HR projects and other HR initiatives when required

Job REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience (either in hours or external)
• Meticulous and analytical
• Self-motivated, resourceful and able to work under pressure
• Passionate about recruitment and in driving employer branding
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of labour laws and legislations in Singapore
• Pro-active and able to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
