Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Leads at Mattel in San Bernardino, CA. Warehouse Leads do essential jobs with one of our premier clients, with starting pay at $24.00/hr., plus available overtime. As a Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for distributing and coordinating work to employees in their assigned area. In addition, the Warehouse Lead follows up with employees to ensure the assigned workload is completed.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED

• 2+ years related experience

• Bilingual in Spanish preferred

• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

• Basic mathematic skills- ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fraction, and decimals

• Ability to read an interpret documents

• Computer with Windows based operating system

• AS-400 operating systems preferred

• Ability to collaborate with employees at all levels

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and in an effective manner

• Ability to learn and use various warehouse management programs

• Ability to work in a loud, hot/cold, and moving mechanical parts environment

• Ability to attend work regularly and in a timely manner

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
