Our higher education client is currently recruiting for a People and Organisational Development Coordinator, pay £18.60ph, start ASAP, duration until end of October 2022, hours Mon-Fri 35 hours per week, this role can be a hybrid position or fully remote. Location of the office is South Kensington.

• Working as part of a team of Coordinators to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of the overall People and Organisational Development provision. This will include planning the annual programme and related events; booking venues and catering; setting up meetings; liaising with internal and external providers; processing bookings; ordering resources; preparing accurate programmes and materials; working in an accurate and timely way
• Setting up and managing courses and events on the learning management system (LMS), including managing bookings and attendance, and closing courses
• Planning cost effective interventions which meet the needs of the organisation and being responsible for budget management, predicting and monitoring expenditure to ensure budgetary compliance
• Setting up and maintaining accurate records on costs and forecasted costs for allocated budget streams
• Financial processing including charging of any fees, and payment of any outgoings in a timely fashion. This will include raising Purchase Orders and invoices; setting up credit card payments; using the internal journaling system; ensuring records are kept appropriately; answering any queries on financial issues
