Job Title: Manager of Finance (Remote)

Payrate: $40/hr

Contract Type: Temp to hire

Hours: Start at 15 hours per week

The qualifications and job description is as follows:

• Proven experience in finance management, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Strong background in budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning.

• Proficiency in financial software and tools.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize performance.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

• Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.

• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental goals.

Pay Details: $40.00 per hour
