Foster Care Administrative Assistant needed!!

A full-time Administrative Assistant position is available for Adelphoi’s Foster Care department located in Greensburg, PA.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• Type confidential information, proofread, and mail reports and correspondences
• Answer and direct calls along with assisting customers, employees, and families
• Assist with managing the front desk area
• Data entry in Electronic Health Record
• Maintain, manage, coordinate client and family files
• Schedule appointments and meetings
• Sort and distribute mail
• Assist with projects for the Foster Care team
• Complete required reports in a timely manner

Education and Experience: High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses. Experience in Microsoft Office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, etc.
