Adelphoi has a full-time Secretary position available at the Albert Gallatin Education location. This position is year-round.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer incoming phone calls, distribute messages
• Type handwritten documents, meeting minutes, dictations, reports, and correspondence.
• File, copy, and operate office equipment
• Assist with medication management for clients
• Assist with forms, documentation, reports, and mailings
• Request and track requests from school districts and community agencies
• Coordinate field trip assignments assigned by the Program Supervisor
• Maintain inventory for office supplies, food services, and other items
• Complete tasks as assigned by the building principal

Education: High School Diploma with emphasis on business courses
