Salary: Wage Range of $27 – $32 per hour for 36 to 37.5 hours per week
Property Administrator / Operation Coordinator is entitled Vacation: 10 days
The salary will be subject to regular review based on annual performance
Benefits: Bonus range up to 10% of annual earning

Job duties:
· Provide support to Operations Team in the management and implementation of Operations activities and initiatives.
· Preparation, review and management of property related documentation including interaction with clients, legal counsel, service providers, and other related colleagues.
· Responsible for data management, specific project activities, coordination with other team members and departments (Finance, marketing, asset management, leasing etc…)
· Reports to VP Operations
Job Requirements – Skills requirements:
· Proficient in computer skills including full suite of Microsoft applications (excel, word, ppt, outlook, etc…), Yardi, Procore and VTS.
· College Diploma or University Degree in relevant areas of Property Management, Real Estate, Business
· Experience / background in commercial real estate in this position with minimum 1-2 yrs experience.
· Ability to work well in a team environment and offer leadership to our staff.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Strong teambuilding abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $55,000.00-$62,000.00 per year
