Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
Implement & Drive the EIM Strategy across LAM to Ensure the success of Brand Positioning across all LAM Countries through influencers, assets and clear strategy of activations. Increase visibility of the brand in culture across Women, sustainability & subcultures with main goal of increase digital footprint while driving street credibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement & Drive Global EIM vision + strategy across 7 countries.
- Setup strategy foundations (Seeding, Partner Activation & Portfolio)
- Lead & define EIM budget prioritization & allocation across LAM markets.
- Define the Key locations in the Key Cities
- Drive the portfolio meetings & sign offs for partners / Influencers ensuring that are aligned to strategic pillars.
- Represent adidas D&I strategy within EIM portfolio to assure the community representation.
- CAF Management & Approval for all LAM EIM contracts.
- Main SPOC for Brand Activation Directors & Brand Teams on EIM strategy + activation.
- Dirve Activation strategy planning on LAM One Calendar x-BU approach for LAM
- Monitoring Key Concepts Activation in order to ensure digital footprint targets are accomplished.
- Ensure that Global Activations are being locally implemented properly (best people, best place).
- Direct Signing & Management of Regional Artists & Partners.
- Global EIM activation in LAM Campaigns.
- Ensure that all decisions around key locations, key moments and key people are fact based to avoid activations without relevance for the brand

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Proven track of ability to drive strategy at regional level.
- Executive communication skills.
- Understanding of Latin America cultural ecosystem across Music, Art, eSports, Fashion, Tv & Film.
- Network of contacts across cultural pillars (preferred).
- Bi-lingual in Spanish & English.
- Experience in Artist & partner portfolio a plus.
- Experience in planning & orchestrating regional seeding strategies.
- Broad & deep knowledge in own functional area, combining theoretical and practical knowledge
- Deep understanding on upcoming consumer generation & trends.
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
- 5-10 years experience
