Administrative Assistant

Adirondack Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery is a successful private practice in the Capital Region of NYS. Our skilled surgeons practice a full scope of procedures ranging from tooth extractions to dental implants. We provide quality care and place a strong emphasis on developing lasting, trusted relationships with our patients.

The AA is a key member of the support team and directly responsible for:

• Greeting all patients and visitors
• Checking patients in/out for their scheduled appointment
• Verifying patient demographic and insurance information
• Collecting copays and reconciling accounts
• Maintaining all communication with respect

A successful Administrative Assistant is highly organized and attentive to practice needs. An outstanding AA will have an excellent understanding of dental office and claims procedures.

AOMS proudly offers a competitive wage and generous benefit package. All pay is negotiated and commensurate to proven clinical work experience. We have three office locations: Albany, Clifton Park, and Glens Falls. All administrative staff can expect to periodically travel between the two offices closest to where they reside.
