This is a remote position.
ADL is a team of knowledgeable & experienced accounting and business professionals that provide solutions to small business and individual accounting needs. We treat our clients as if we are part of their team, arming them with the financial information they need to make better business decisions and succeed as business owners.
We are looking for a Remote Mail Clerk to handle, sort and distribute envelopes and packages received. In this role, you should be able to receive, sort and disburse mail.
You will be working with our postal mail supervisor to receive and report mail. The ideal candidate will be hard-working, self-motivated, and have excellent attention to detail. You should be diligent and reliable.
You are to follow instructions and activities coordinated by mail Expeditor and Supervision to ensure that the mail is properly handled and prepared for postal approval and delivery.
You should have.
- Ability to work with detail and to remain focused.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision and be self-directed.
- Superior prioritizing and organizational abilities.
Requirements
Key Performance Indicators
- Daily look up of mail.
- Sorting incoming mail by department, location, and category
- Pick up corporate mail and distribute
- Print out labels and mail out appraisals
- Preparing envelopes and letters for postal pick up.
- Send out certified letters and payroll vouchers.
- Pick up reports and distribute
- Keeping records of sent and received mail.
- Duties may also include keeping necessary records and completed forms.

Education & Experience
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Well organized and capable of multitasking. No other prior experience is needed. No criminal convictions.
Commission
$400/weekly
