The Opportunity

The Executive Assistant (EA) will provide administrative support to the Vice President, Corporate Development & M&A Integration who oversees global corporate development, including mergers & acquisitions, investments and divestitures for all of Adobe’s businesses. You will collaborate closely with senior management teams; prioritize and coordinate internal executive and external outreach. You will have a track record of preserving confidentiality, exercising judgment in a diversity of situations, and enjoy working within a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll Do

• Coordinate sophisticated calendars and schedules, resolving any scheduling issues.
• Manage responsibilities with an appropriate level of confidentiality and discretion related to acquiring or investing in assets or companies.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, ambigious environment.
• Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours.
• Represent Adobe, the Vice President and team in a positive light through friendly, timely follow-through and sound judgment.
• Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
• Manage vendors, purchase orders, and team events, as needed.
• Arrange travel and accommodations for executives. Prepare expense reports.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of related experience required in working in an executive assistant role supporting senior executives.
• Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for mergers & acquisition, projects and meetings.
