What you’ll do
Responsibilities focused around three areas of Candidate Generation: (a) Candidate Identification and Qualification – 80%, (b) Market Research – 10% and (c) Operational Excellence – 10%
Positioning Adobe as an employer of choice compared to our competition
Identify, prospect and present a short-list of exceptional prospects to respective Talent Partners
Driving DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) initiatives within their sourcing tactics
Concurrently source on 10+ critical searches at one time at various phases of the recruiting cycle
Drive competitive intelligence around talent with Recruiting Partners & Hiring Managers
Market and advertise critical roles on external sites, blogs, user groups & social networks
What you need to succeed
Experience in and passion for sourcing for SaaS-based enterprise organizations. Full-cycle recruiting experience preferred but not required
Strong research ability around competitive talent markets
Current with social technologies and sourcing standard methodologies and techniques
Proficient in MS Office & Acrobat; boolean search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalent sourcing tools
Ability to prioritize multiple demands and opposing priorities
Build trust with others by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences, and treating others with respect
Confident in networking; ability to build partnerships with prospective candidates and organizations
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary: $59,900 – $77,800
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
