We represent the customers’ interest in realizing value with Adobe!Our Digital Experience division is a high growth area for Adobe, and we arelooking for a Director of Customer Success to lead our Data, Insights,Profiles and Audiences team. The primary focus of this role is to cultivatethe Customer Success practice around Adobe’s Data solutions. The members ofthe practice work with our customers to build strong partnerships, driveadoption of our solutions, and ultimately ensure our customers realize valuefrom their investment in their Adobe solutions.We are looking for a strategic leader to inspire a senior Customer Successteam working our customers using Adobe’s Experience Cloud. The goal is notjust retention and growth-it’s about thinking like thecustomer-understanding their goals and consistently delivering value. We areseeking a problem solver and organization developer -someone creative enoughto design compelling programs that will scale, with management andorganization change skills to put those programs into effect, and withbusiness and operational savvy to bring together and report on efficiency. Ensure their teams deliverefficiently via strong operational focus, capability development, andalignment with key partners in sales, product, and consulting teamsResponsible for the development of engagement models, methodologies, andofferings that ensure the adoption of Adobe Digital Experience products at ourcustomersDevelop thoughtful and strategic offerings which engage customers at keypoints in the Customer life cycle that drives product adoption and valuerealizationAttract, recruit, inspire and retain the best talentDevelop relationships and have frequent interaction with customers,including VPs, and C-level executives of Fortune 500 companiesWhat You Need to Succeed8+ years of Director or above level experience in growing Software or SaaSorganization scaling for Enterprise customersDemonstrates solid understanding of Data, Customer Profile and Audiencesolutions, specialization in digital analytics, customer datacollection, and personalizationStrong track record of leading customer relationships centered around digitaltransformation through strong partnershipsBe an inspiring leader and shown success in large-scale transformations.Strong change agentSelf-motivated, accountable, and passionate about exceeding customerexpectationsExceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills bothverbal and written in EnglishAbility to convey sophisticated ideas and influence customers and colleaguesa
