Adults Active in Youth Development, Inc Hiring for Office Assistant Job at Remote Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, reports and other correspondence
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical
• Answering phone calls, calling clients/partners, and checking voicemail
• Monitoring and maintaining employee document submissions
• Compiling, maintaining and updating company records
• Conducting phone, email, and in person communications with established partner(s) and employees

• Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure the regular supply of office materials
• Operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines and multimedia instruments; faxing and/or scanning documents
• Collecting, filing and organizing office documents, such as reports and confidential records
• Managing digital document filing via PDF, Excel, Word, ScanGenius, Google Docs, etc.
• Provide general administrative support

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Administrative Assistants & Receptionists: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
