Advanced Chiropractic Clinic Hiring for Front Desk Receptionist Job at Parker, CO Full Time

Our office has been a part of the Parker Community for almost 30 years. “Connecting the Community to Pain Solutions” is our vision. We are a very busy, fast paced clinic that offers a supportive and encouraging work environment.

Currently, the front desk supports 8 providers of various disciplines including chiropractic, acupuncture, and massage.

Any applicant must be a team player, possess excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, reliable, positive, and ability to engage with patients and staff.

Hours may vary but will typically be 32+ hours. Flexibility to help cover for vacation/sick days is also necessary.

Monday

Tuesday 9:00am to 6PM

Wednesday 9:00am to 6PM

Thursday 9:00am to 6PM

Friday, 9:00 AM to 4PM

Saturday: up to 2 Saturdays a month

Starting pay: $20 an hour.

Our ideal candidate has the following:

–Ability to provide passionate customer service

–Ability to multitask in a fast pace environment

–Strong computer skills

–Attitude of a marketer and social media guru.

–Previous medical office experience a plus

Duties include:

–Scheduling patient appointments.

–Inbound/outbound calls.

–Rooming patients

–Collecting patient payments.

–Calling patients to schedule

–Intake of new patient information

–Creating and posting social media posts
