Advanced Foot & Ankle Center of MT Hiring for Medical Scheduler/Patient Care Coordinator/Front Office at Great Falls, MT Full Time

We are seeking a dependable person with professional, friendly demeanor, good hygiene and appearance, strong work ethic and skill set to join our thriving practice.

Job duties to include:

– General reception/office duties including patient check in/out, scheduling of appointments, surgical scheduling, etc.;

– Maintaining appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.;

– Overall assistance in coordination of patient care and assistant to administrator.

-Coding & billing knowledge/experience a plus.

Ideally, applicant should have a solid background in customer/patient service and at least 2 years medical/medical office experience. In addition, strong customer/patient service skills, computer knowledge, general office knowledge and associated duties.
