Innovate in solutions to leverage digital initiatives in ASP to deliver additional value.
Active participation in content and campaigns development, being the responsible for consistent imaging, visual identity, customization of marketing materials for digital strategy, following company guidelines.
Execution of marketing and education initiatives using digital tools.
Digital tools and platforms management, being the subject matter expert in SalesForce, Funnel Management, email marketing, landing pages, social media, etc.
Measures the effectiveness of communications programs, campaigns and digital initiatives, optimizing and continuously improving customers engagement.
Define strategies for capturing and nurturing leads, working with commercial area for a better utilization and conversion in sales opportunities (sales funnel).
Meets with key personas, clinical and administrative personnel, societies and strategic groups to get insights on customer needs.
Prepares market and competitor analysis in product preferences, potentials, sales coverage, market size, penetration, and marketing practices and trends.
Analyzes key performance indicators and reports such as commercial policy, price, sales.
Assists in the development of strategic plans for the region.
Assist and support in new product launches.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required.
Post-Grad/MBA/Courses in Digital Marketing is a plus.
Relevant experience in digital and content marketing (Inbound e Outbound Marketing).
Previous experience managing social media and using e-mail marketing tools (also with A/B testing).
Experience in Medical Devices industry is a plus.
Spanish advanced or fluent (for Portuguese speakers) is a plus
Portuguese advanced (for Spanish speakers) is a plus
Strong Office tools knowledge.
Knowledge in image editing software (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, among others), is a plus
