Adventure in Luxury Travel Hiring for Customer Service Representative at Remote Full Time

Adventure in Luxury Travel is searching for talented and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team of dedicated professionals. As a Customer Service Representative, you will communicate with clients over the phone, via email, and through chat messages. Your primary goal is to provide and maintain a high standard of service that our customers can rely on. To be successful in the Customer Service Representative position, you should be patient, self-motivated, and a great communicator. The ideal Customer Service Representative candidate enjoys working with people and is excited to advocate for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with our customers through reliable, top notch customer service
• Answer customer phone calls throughout the day, and return missed calls promptly
• Monitor customer inquiry emails and chat messages and respond professionally
• Identify areas for improvement in the customer service life cycle and work to implement these improvements
• Follow up with existing customers to maintain the relationship, and promote repeat business
• Gather customer feedback and identify common themes across our customer base to determine what we do well and what we can improve
• Have a team-focused mindset, and work closely with other members of this remote team

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent at communicating in both written and oral formats
• Committed to always providing quality customer service
• Skilled with a computer and with using the internet
• Experience with Google Suite tools is a plus
• Positive attitude and willing to learn
